Wanna sail exotic destinations around the world? Have a small sailboat? Desire more space, safety, and creature comforts? Why not ship your sailboat aboard our converted cargo vessel as we slowly make the circuit of the Caribbean? We installed extra davits for shipping/unshipping your smaller vessel (size/other limitations apply, see brochure) and can: - launch/recover you on a daily basis
- re-supply consumables
- provide scheduled services and repair minor damage
We'll save you fuel and wear on your day-sailor, and once we arrive, you have an extended stay available at a number of locations on our regularly scheduled route. Meet us or leave us on the circuit at any time from an airport along our route and have your vessel delivered back home at the end of our circuit. Take advantage of our network of partners for accommodations, services, and entertainment along our circuit.
Don't sail, but enjoy ocean voyages? looking for a leisurely stay that is not on a cruise ship day-trip schedule? Want to avoid crowds on your voyage? Need to ship inconveniently large items to your island retreat? Rent cargo and living space with us to your destination.

Intriguing idea! But prolly not for me, simply because it involves great amounts of people in close proximity.
Being i am clueless, i need to ask: what about credentials for the crew, the people and property insurance, and the size of the ship needed to haul aboard other people's 30ft sailboats in a way that 30ft waves boarding the ship won't hurt them?

Definitely requires licensed Mariners. Captain, mates, engineers. Insurance for ships is a whole topic, but not quite the same as land based insurance. The classification societies rose out of the need for ship insurance.
Technical limits on the size and type of parasite vessel would be necessary. But whaling vessels solved this problem before electricity or Diesel engines. There are limits on the weather conditions for launch and recovery, this can be partly mitigated by choosing where to operate. Launch and recovery might take place I protected bays, even.
